RESERVATION POLICIES
BEACH CLUB
Minimum consumption payment is required for the use of the facilities, of which 100% is credited for food and beverages.
BEACH CLUB - VIP AREAS
VIP areas such as Lounges or Islands require 100% advance payment online for your reservation, of which 100% is credited for food and beverage consumption.
The last time for reservations for VIP areas is 2 PM, with a maximum tolerance time of one hour. Additional people to those included in the price of the VIP area pay the basic cover for the lounge chair on site, obtaining 100% credit for food and beverage consumption.
ACCESS TO THE BEACH CLUB INCLUDES:
- 100% credit for food and beverage consumption.
- Umbrellas, towels, location on the beach and access to the Taboo pool.
- WiFi, toilets, changing rooms and showers.
- Boutique with additional cost.
GENERAL POLICIES
- Suitable for all ages. Children up to 12 years old do not pay cover. Children over 13 years old count as adults. Grupo RosaNegra reserves the right to request identification from minors.
- All credit card payments require identification.
- Entry with drinks or food purchased outside the establishment is prohibited.
- Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
- In case of bad weather you can request a change of date according to availability or use the credit at the covered Taboo restaurant for lunch or dinner.
RESTAURANT
Reservations in the Restaurant area do not require a cover charge and can be made directly on Open Table. All reservations are subject to a 15 minute notice.
