When is the celebration?

On the night of September 15, 2026, at the five participating restaurants in Los Cabos: Rosa Negra, Chambao, Craft San José, Taboo, and Funky Geisha.

What time is the “Grito”?

At 11:00 p.m. The DJ kicks off the “Grito” moment, accompanied by tricolor shots and lit sparklers.

Can I order chile en nogada?

Yes. Chile en nogada will be available at Rosa Negra and Chambao Los Cabos during the season. Craft San José, Taboo, and Funky Geisha will not offer it.

Will there be fireworks?

Rosa Negra Los Cabos will have a fireworks show at the end of the evening. From Taboo, guests can enjoy views of the fireworks launched from the ME Cabo Hotel complex. Chambao Los Cabos, located in San José del Cabo, will also have its own fireworks show.

Do the tricolor shots and sparklers have an additional cost?

The tricolor shots and sparklers are part of the Grito experience. Please check with each restaurant’s team when making your reservation.

Do I need a reservation?

Yes. Advance reservations are required to secure your table and enjoy the Grito moment with us. The complimentary welcome mini cantarito is subject to final operational confirmation.

Do I need to be a guest at ME Cabo Hotel to visit Funky Geisha?

No. Funky Geisha is open to the general public. Enter through the hotel lobby, where you can access the restaurant.
