BOHEMIAN ART WALK: THE WAGYU EDITION
From April 30th to May 3rd, Chambao Cancún presents the closing dinner of the Bohemian Art Fest: an experience created by Rodrigo Rivera Río, co-founder of KOLI Cocina de Origen (Michelin Star).
His menu is based on a direct relationship with meat and the grill: northern roots, contemporary technique, and a holistic approach where bone, marrow, and marbling are integral to the culinary language. Each dish is built not only on the product itself, but also on the act of finishing, serving, and sharing as part of the ritual at the table.

WAGYU, INTERPRETED IN SIX ACTS
Wagyu tasting menu at Chambao Cancun
