Tequila Deserves More Than a Toast—It Deserves a Journey
From July 24 to August 2, Grupo Rosa Negra Cabo presents the Tequila Discovery Route, an immersive experience inviting guests to explore the unique personality of each of its restaurants through the creativity of their bars, while showcasing tequila's extraordinary versatility, the richness of its flavors, and the endless possibilities it offers in contemporary mixology.
For ten days, each restaurant will feature a signature tequila cocktail, thoughtfully crafted to reflect the character, cuisine, and style that define each venue. Every signature cocktail will be available with 10% off throughout the event.
The Eight Signature Cocktails of the Route
Discover the group's distinctive bars, each presenting its own interpretation of tequila:
Craft San Lucas: EDÉN. A cocktail that reflects the rooftop atmosphere and open-fire cuisine that define Craft in Cabo San Lucas.
Craft San José: Limbo. The signature creation from the San José del Cabo location, inspired by its relaxed ambiance overlooking the waterfront.
Rosa Negra: Red Scarlett. A vibrant cocktail paying tribute to the bold Latin energy that defines the restaurant.
Funky Geisha: Java. An Oriental-inspired creation that captures the bohemian spirit of the Asian beach club at El Médano.
Taboo: King Midas. A Mediterranean-inspired cocktail that embodies the refined coastal elegance of Taboo Beach Club.
Tamara: Mexican Cute. A fresh, tropical cocktail, perfect for enjoying a beach day at Médano Beach.
Chambao: Minted Rita. A reinvented margarita that perfectly complements the seaside Fashion GrillHouse overlooking the Sea of Cortez.
Amante: Obsesión. The signature creation from the speakeasy, concluding the route with the sophistication of its signature mixology.
July 24: International Tequila Day at Amante
To properly celebrate Mexico's iconic spirit, Amante becomes the heart of the festivities with a special celebration dedicated to the distillate that represents Mexico around the world. Music, gastronomy, hospitality, and exceptional mixology come together for an evening designed to discover new flavors, toast to creativity, and experience tequila in its most contemporary expression.
During the event, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy tasting-size versions of all participating signature cocktails for $180 MXN each, making it possible to sample multiple creations in one night and choose a personal favorite.
